Chats is one list: the assistant first, then each agent session with its project, then the team, each with the start of its last message. A tile's menu is in groups, and the assistant and the agents have new pictures.
- Chats is one list: the assistant first, then each agent session with its project, then the team.
- A search finds a chat by its name, its project or its words, and All, Unread, Agents and Team narrow the list.
- A chat opens under one head that says who it is with.
- A tile's menu is in groups, in the same order on every tile, and what cannot apply is not offered.
- New pictures for the assistant and the agents: initials, geometric marks, or icons for kinds of work.
- When an agent needs you to sign in again, its tile and its chat say so, and Sign in starts it.
- A project says where finished files go, and lists the ones saved somewhere else.
- A session's panel reads at every width, and an agent's chat reads as the agent wrote it.
A chat with an agent holds up for a whole day's work. It answers the agent's questions, says so while the agent is working, and sits where you want it.
- A chat with an agent is ready for a whole day's work.
- A session's chat answers the agent's questions.
- While an agent is working, its chat says so.
- Each session has one tab, and you choose what it shows.
- The chat sits at the right or below, whichever you prefer.
- The Tree holds your projects, with New at every level.
- The assistant's chat is one press away.
- A team chat has a bell at the top.
Add new proposes only what you asked for, the same picker appears wherever you choose where something goes, and the words on screen name agents the way people name them.
- Add new proposes only what you asked for.
- The same picker appears wherever you choose where something goes.
- Fill in says what it will do before it does it.
- Agents are named the way people name them.
- Start opens a short menu with one agent on each line.
- Tiles fit their own width, and every column can be resized.
- Rename on a project starts from the name shown on the board.
Sending feedback is dependable within one press: a send that could not reach the server is tried again while you wait, nothing is ever stored twice, and a report that did not go is never silent.
- A send that cannot reach the server is tried again within the same press, and nothing is stored twice.
- A report that was not sent is counted beside the others, and you can copy it, show it in Finder, or send it by mail.
- Quit closes the app at once.
- A tile's message reads as a sentence.
- Park ends sessions it could not end before.
- The Settings list lights the section you are looking at.
Park writes the board's own handoff without being asked, Settings leads with the things people change most often, and a plan reads as plain sentences.
- Park writes the board's own handoff by default, so a paused project says where it got to.
- A session starts with the same setup you have when you start one yourself.
- The daily feedback pass stays off until you choose a time for it.
- Settings puts the everyday choices first.
- A plan reads as plain sentences.
- Use another agent always runs the agent you picked, never one it assumed.
- When the assistant built into your Mac has not had its terms agreed, the board says so and offers your agent instead.
An open chat shows a message as soon as your board has it, and the Mac app can tell you about chats, mentions and what is due, with a switch for each kind. The installer carries its version in its name and tidies up after itself.
- A message appears in an open chat as soon as your board has it.
- The Mac app can tell you about chats, mentions, and work due today or overdue. Each kind has its own switch.
- The space a team shares is called a team folder everywhere, in all three languages.
- The installer is named by its version, so two downloads can be told apart, and it clears itself away once the app is in place.
- The sidebar never takes more than 40% of the window.
Aru answers a greeting in words instead of saying nothing, and a refresh now tells you it happened. Check for updates sits beside the version where you look for it, and after the app updates itself the board you come back to is the new version's rather than the old one still running. The window you install from has a background of its own.
- Say hello to Aru and it answers in words. Before, a greeting got nothing back.
- Refreshing a board says "Board refreshed", so you know it did something.
- Check for updates sits beside the version number, where you would look for it.
- After the app updates itself, the board that comes back is the new version's. The old one used to stay running behind it.
- The sidebar's Spaces reach the board from every page, not only from the board.
The Mac app is now the only way the board ships, and it can move an older install over to itself: say yes once and it saves your settings, stops the old board, opens your same board, and clears the old version away afterwards. After an update the app reopens as it was, with your board looking the way you left it.
- One yes moves an older install over to the app. Your settings are saved first, the same board opens, and the old version is cleared away afterwards.
- After an update the app reopens as it was, and the board comes back the way you left it: the appearance, the sidebar, the space and the page.
- The icons follow the Mac: one in the menu bar that matches its neighbours, and a near black app icon.
- Check for updates sits beside the version, and the sidebar can be resized by its edge.
- When the board will not start, the window says why instead of sitting empty.
The Mac app works where 0.75 did not: Start works from a tile, and dragging works on the board and inside a project. Each space now shows only its own finished work, where before every space showed everything that had ever been finished. A shared vault takes only what the team needs and leaves anything personal behind.
- Start on a tile starts the agent, and dragging works again on the board and inside a project.
- Each space shows only its own finished work. Before this, every space showed everything finished anywhere, which was a display fault: nothing was ever moved or lost.
- A shared vault carries only what the team needs. Nothing personal goes with it.
- Agents says why a number cannot be read, instead of leaving a blank where it should be.
- Settings says how to restart the board, and every board's refresh button now says Refresh board.
Your right hand is called Aru. The Mac app can now update itself: there is a Check for updates now in Settings and in the menu bar, and a daily check only if you say yes when it first asks, never on its own on a Mac you have marked as a work Mac. If you are on 0.68 to 0.74 you need one last install from the disk image to get there. The app icon is the constellation again, names may have accents, and in the floating capture window the panel closes after saving, Cmd+Enter reaches your assistant, and chat notifications appear.
Your chief of staff is offered the name Aru, in every language. If you named yours something else it keeps that name, and you can rename it in the settings. History now says when it could not read a note's past instead of showing nothing. In an agent chat you can read which mode it is in from its header, and a model running on your own Mac can be one of the agents you chat to.
You can hold a chat with an agent on the board itself, with the mode always shown in its header. It is in Labs and off until you turn it on. With Claude Code you approve or deny each change in the chat; Codex and Copilot cannot stop to ask, so their chats offer only planning or full access. Full access asks you to confirm a warning first, applies to that chat only, and is never remembered. Codex running on a model on your own Mac now appears in the board's summary of agents, and the address you set by hand for a local model is kept when you save.
Intake shows your captures first, with the reports from this Mac below them. In the CRM, deal values show with the thousands separator of your language, 142.000 or 142,000, and the add button names what it adds.
The Mac app opens on macOS 13 and later, not only on the newest macOS. A domain you create while filling something in appears in the domain list straight away. When the assistant cannot propose something, what you typed is kept and you are offered the form instead of losing it. The app has a new icon.
The Done column can be hidden again from its own heading, and the board remembers. After you send feedback, the result stays until you press Done, and a Past feedback list shows each report and whether it was sent or saved on this Mac. Intake shows a capture's suggestion the first time you open it.
Archiving a session that is still running, by its button, by dragging it to Done or from the keyboard, now asks whether to end it. One you started yourself elsewhere keeps running there, and the board says so. Opening the Mac app over an earlier install shows what it found and what it backed up. It needs a Mac with Apple silicon and macOS 27 or later.
A pairing link opened from another app or followed from your mail now pairs that window instead of opening it so it can only be read, and no other site can use your session.
Under every note, Related notes lists the notes that share telling words with it, and Connect links one in a single step. A pair you do not want can be kept out for good, and an encrypted note is never read for this.
Each capture in Intake suggests where it could go and which notes it relates to, worked out on your Mac. Accepting one files it there with the related notes linked, and the confident suggestions can be accepted together after you see where each would go.
The guided setup ends with a short interview, one small question at a time with answers to tap, and what you are working on becomes your first projects with their dates. An About me note keeps what you said about yourself, with sensitive answers left out, for your chief of staff to read on your Mac.
Your chief of staff is now the first chat in Chats, and typing @ in the search bar talks to it by name. A running session reads as a chat, with Approve and Deny when it stops to ask you something.
Your chief of staff and each of your agents get a name and a face, and the first run tells you what it needs before you start.
The board fills the window, Done is always within reach, and you can filter it down to one domain, area or project.
An encrypted note can hide its title as well as its text, and the dialog says plainly which parts stay readable.
Seal a note's text with a password you choose. The name, dates and place stay on the board; the text is unreadable until you unlock it, and nobody who does not have the password can open it, including you.
A card being dragged now says what letting go will do, two teammates who share a first name stay two people, and a renamed task keeps the name exactly as you typed it.
A card you drop lands at once, menus open above the panels instead of behind them, and a teammate's message reaches you as a card you can open straight to it.
The Matrix got faster and learned its limits: each quadrant shows its first hundred items, and it is held to the same speed as every other page.
Drag a project between quadrants to change what you have decided about it, and your chief of staff's panel now opens with what to do now.
Ask your board a question and it answers in its own words, from what it already knows. Anything that is not a question is still a plan you approve first.
Your chief of staff got a name, the team chat got read receipts you can turn off, and a release now fails if the board got slower.
A CRM of your own, off until you turn it on: contacts and deals as plain notes, a meter for who you have not spoken to in a while, and a spreadsheet import that shows every row before it writes one.
A guided setup for a board with nothing in it: plain questions, one preview of everything it would make, and nothing written until you say so.
A Timeline in the sidebar: start dates, what runs when, and dragging to plan.
The board can tell you a new version exists and install it when you press, showing you what it will run first.
Team chat moved into a panel of its own, opened from any team card, and a new task appears the moment you add it.
The top bar became three parts with one command bar in the middle, and the greeting moved into the board's own header with what is going on now.
Renaming anything, with a preview of every note whose links would follow it, and an Undo that puts them all back.
History: every change to your projects and notes, who made it, and Restore to here.
Tell the board what should change in your own words, and read the plan before anything happens.
Groundwork under the board, with nothing new to see.
The board got a shell: one row across the top, a sidebar down the left, and a header bar on each board.
- One top row that never wraps, and a sidebar you can collapse
- Each board's controls sit on that board's own bar
- The calendar is one click away in the sidebar
A quieter release: the greeting moved to the middle of the header and the timesheet became optional.
- The greeting sits in the middle of the header
- Picking a date from a due chip works
- Timesheet can be turned off
Due dates became something you set from the card, and a timesheet that fills itself in arrived.
- Click a due date on a card to change it
- Every due date is shown, coloured by how near it is
- A timesheet of your own hours, per day and per project
The chief of staff learned to think on your own Mac, for nothing, and team work got owners.
- The chief of staff can run on Apple's on-device model, at no cost
- Every team project and task has one owner
- A real note editor, with live preview and links between notes
- The sun, the moon and the computer are back
The team board took the team's name, and a shared vault stopped committing without yours.
- The team board is named after the team, for everyone
- A shared vault commits nothing without your name and email
- A run that fails says why, on the row you are looking at
Map: your work as a graph, with its health beside it.
- A map of your work, not just your notes
- Health lists what is orphaned or broken
- A full view, and one that floats over the board
Your board and your team's on one page, and Shared became Team.
- Both boards on one page, arranged how you like
- Shared is Team now, everywhere
- Clearer agents, and Capture in the header
Delete stopped being final: everything goes to a Recycle Bin.
- Delete, with a Recycle Bin
- Deleted items are kept for thirty days
- Feedback is sent again, and a failure says why
A shared vault: your team's notes in your team's own repository, with a chat for each project.
- A shared vault is a notes tree your team keeps itself
- A chat per project, and one calendar for both boards
- Sync, only when you turn it on
- The terminal, inside the board
Sessions open where you want them, and Deep Work holds the noise while you work.
- Choose where a session opens
- Deep Work holds what comes in while an agent is running
- What a plan did, on the record
Every agent's card behaves the same way: start it, watch it, resume it.
- Start really opens Codex
- Every agent's card moves to Active when it runs
- Pairing and opening stopped taking each other's link
The language is chosen once, in Settings, and Send finally sends.
- The language is chosen once, in Settings
- Send works, and a configured address is enough on its own
- Park says what it saw when it fails
Promote and demote: move anything to the level it belongs at, with the plan shown first.
- Promote and demote, to every level a move can reach
- The plan comes first, whole, and it refuses rather than half doing it
- The board notices what is broken
Moving a project to another area became something the board does for you.
- Move a project to another area
- The calendar shows what is dated
- Settings live under the product's name
What is due, and what comes back: the calendar arrived.
- What is due, and what comes back
- Start actually starts
- Pairing survives a restart
A board that is running is never reported as gone.
- A board that is running is never reported as gone
- Waiting on you shows nothing where it cannot be trusted
You are asked once what may be sent, and shown exactly what that would be.
- You are asked once, and told exactly what would be sent
- Answering makes no network call, either way
Nothing runs in the background to make the board work.
- Nothing runs in the background to make this work
- The first load of the day stopped resetting your layout
Nothing is sent anywhere unless you say where to.
- Nothing is sent unless you configure where to
- Unfiled sessions are gathered rather than lost
The first private preview: every agent session in one place, next to its notes.
